The Hosts
The hosts of the Search Engine Journal podcast are Loren Baker, Brent Csutoras, and Danny Goodwin. These practitioners bring a lot of industry expertise to the team and make the Search Engine Podcast a success.
Loren Baker
Loren Baker is the founder and host of Search Engine Journal. In 2003, Loren decided to start a personal blog, which was SearchEngineJournal.com. The blog became a leader in internet marketing publications and is currently ranks second for most read search marketing publications.
He also runs Foundation Digital, which is a digital marketing strategy & development agency that specializes in Enterprise SEO, public relations, and content marketing. Here, he has worked with companies like SONY Pictures, AirBNB, American Eagle Outfitters, and ESPN. Also, Loren is an advisor at Alpha Brand Media and other digital marketing and publication startups.
He has been in the digital marketing space since 1998 and has been involved in executing innovative online strategies for top companies in various industries. Other than being the host of Search Engine Journal Podcast, Loren is also a host at Rainmaker’s newly produced podcast, Search & Deploy.
Additionally, Loren has been featured on BusinessWeek, CNN, PRWeek, NPR, ZDNet, TechCrunch, and many more. He is also a regular speaker at the Search Engine Journal Summit conference and other conferences like SMX and Pubcon.
Brent Csutoras
The other host of the Search Engine Journal podcast is Brent Csutoras. Brent is the advisor and owner of the podcast and has contributed to a lot of episodes. He is a digital marketing consultant and has over 13 years of experience working in social media marketing and SEO. Brent is a digital marketing consultant and offers training and coaching in this field at an hourly rate. He is also an entrepreneur, speaker, and consultant.
Danny Goodwin
Danny is the other Search Engine Show podcast host. Danny is the executive editor for the journal and is tasked with overseeing the editorial strategy. He took over the role of Executive Editor in Search Engine Journal after Kelsey Jones stepped down in March 2016. He has a decade of experience being an editor and writer in the marketing industry and has created content for small businesses and top brands.
He even worked with Search Engine Watch for 7 years before joining Search Engine Journal. Danny has been writing articles and news about social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, and PPC for the Search Engine Journal since June 2016.
